I bought the octopus squeaky toy for my friend's gorgeous German Shepherd puppy and he loves it! It's his new favourite toy and he goes everywhere with it! Thank you for the quick delivery and quality product. Mambo and I are pleased.
Thank you so much for this wonderful review, Liv Gee! š¾ We're absolutely delighted that Mambo loves his new octopus toy ā it sounds like he has great taste! It's so lovely to hear it's become his favourite. We hope he enjoys many more play sessions with it. Thanks again for choosing Purely Pets, and please give Mambo a big cuddle from us! š
Very pretty, they are very happy.
My dog is excited.
The product itself is smaller than it appeared, but what is most disappointing is the thin fabric and poor stitching it has. It lasted my puppy literally 5 minutes, and he's a small breed dog (Yorkshire). It's a waste of money.
We're really sorry to hear this ā a toy that doesn't last even a few minutes is not what we want for your pup at all. We take quality seriously and this falls well short of our standards. Please reach out to us directly and we'll make it right for you. Thank you for the honest feedback.
It didn't even last 3 hours on my dog, and he's small.
We're so sorry to hear the toy didn't hold up ā especially for a small dog, it should have lasted much longer than that. This is not the quality we expect from our products and we completely understand your disappointment. Please get in touch with us at hello@purelypetshop.co.uk and we'll sort this out for you. Thank you for letting us know.
Very nice, it's the second time I've bought it.
My dog loved it, he's the happiest with his new toy.
He loved it š it's super light for small dogs
The toy is well made. Small in size for a small dog. There is noise in the head. The package arrived quickly.
It arrived dirty with dirt on it.
We're really sorry to hear your order arrived in this condition ā that's not acceptable and not the standard we hold ourselves to. We take packaging and presentation seriously and we apologise that this wasn't reflected in your experience. Please contact us at hello@purelypetshop.co.uk and we'll make it right for you straight away. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
It's pretty, a bit small, and has a squeaker that makes a sound when you squeeze it, I loved it.
Same as the photo
Alittle smaller then i thought but its cute and my doggy.loves it

very funny, it's quite good
Cute pink squid, the dog loved the toy.
Very nice and of good quality, it immediately caught my dog's attention.
It's a cute squid, but the string came loose quickly and wasn't very sturdy.
Thank you for the feedback ā we're glad your pup found it cute, but we're sorry the string didn't hold up. Durability really matters to us and we'll be looking into this. If you'd like a replacement or a refund, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
