Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.

UK Shipping

• Orders under £50 — Standard Shipping: £2.99 (7–14 working days from dispatch)
• Orders £50 and over — Free Shipping (7–14 working days from dispatch)

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
